· Information relating to compliments or complaints
We collect or use the following information to receive donations or funding and organise fundraising activities:

· Addresses
· Payment or banking details
· Tax payer information (for Gift Aid purposes)

You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods, including delivery and third party referrals are:
· Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
o We collect contact details in the form of mobile phone numbers and addresses of Thrive OX7 beneficiaries to allow the delivery of items such as home appliances and other goods.
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to receive donations or funding and organise fundraising activities are:
· Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
o Donations received such as from third party charity donation platforms and PayPal give name address details.
o Donation platforms such as NowDonate provide the donor's tax status regarding Gift Aid.
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for research or archiving purposes are:
· Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
o Historic referral data is used to build a picture of spending to enable planning purposes and to build a case for funding applications. Data used in this way is anonymised.

o Mobile phone numbers and addresses are shared with organisations delivering items to Thrive OX7 beneficiaries.
How to complain
